Whitmor Polypro Clothes Closet

This product does everything I need it to. To give more description this product have 2 platforms - the bottom one and the top one. They are connected by metal bars. All the frame's bars are metal and those are connected by very sturdy plastic pieces. It seems to be able to hold a good amount of weight. My only complaint about the build quality is that the cover is VERY fragile. It is made of felt - the kind you get at a hobby store and tears VERY easily. So be very careful.

In my case one of the zippers fell off and is very difficult to re-attach, but I contacted whitmor customer service and they responded very promptly and are sending me a new cover to replace the one with the broken zipper.

Ultimately if the product had a canvas cover that wouldn't tear easily I'd rank it a 5. Customer service is great if you ever have issues. I would buy another.
