it arrived a little late but when i sent an email the seller was quick to reply with an explanation. its very heavy in the packages so help is needed to move it to where you are putting together. the directions were a little hard to follow and it was a little challenging to put together. the handles for the closet didn't match up and the drawers are a little small. all that being said, it fits all my clothes and i love how it holds more then i imagined, especially the closet portion. its a great piece of furniture once you get it put together.
