This was a piece of junk. It lasted about a year. You can't move it or it will literally fall apart. It is a bunch of cheap plastic and metal that just slide into place. There are no screws or locks to hold anything in place. The metal bars bend under pressure (so a wool coat is too heavy). The plastic holders that the metal bars slip into finally broke after about a year. It was a poor buy on our part. I will be looking for something better.
